The final version of the deed for Brasileirinhos Aotearoa New Zealand Charaitable Trust was signed on 29 August 2024 at the Old Goverment House, University of Auckand.
Carol Pires, Christiane Rupp and Monica Silveira met with the lawyer, Nelson Wu to sign the final version of the deed this afternoon. After more then one year of many meetings and discussions, finally the final version is ready to be sent to Companies Office to be registered and incorporated under the charitable trust act.
Nelson will submit the document to the Companies Office to the Companies Office this week.
